How can I track my order?

You will get 2 email:

A confirmation email, which will be sent to you after placing the order.

Within 7-10 business days or less, you will get the tracking number for you to track your order.

*If you didn’t receive an order confirmation/tracking confirmation email, check your spam folder. Sometimes our emails get sent to the spam folder accidentally. If it is not there, please reach out to our customer support at


Can I modify or cancel my order?

Order cancellation and modification may only be made within 24 hours after your order has been placed, given that the order hasn’t gone through production or it hasn’t been shipped by the time you requested.

*Please note that the products that were purchased on a sale or discounted price cannot be canceled nor refunded


Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

Some items are shipped separately from different processing facilities, so part of your order may still be on its way. If you need specific information about your package, please contact customer support.


What are the estimated delivery times of my orders?

Please note the Production Times and Delivery Times when estimating the delivery of your order(on each product page). However, you will be kept updated by our Notification Emails and access to Order Lookup will be available to ensure tracking of your order.


What are the shipping options?

For all the products we offer FREE Shipping!

In addition to the free shipping,  on some of the products, we offer Express shipping, overnight shipping etc. Some of these will be offered during checkout and some of them are visible on the product page.

Please note the production time and estimated delivery time on each product page.


Will I be responsible for extra shipping fees?

Depending on your country, you may owe duties, taxes, or import fees in addition to our shipping rates, which only cover the transit cost of the products. Sorry, we can’t change your government’s laws!


Why does my tracking link say “unavailable” when I clicked on it?

Sometimes tracking numbers can take up to 1-2 business days to update in our shipping carriers’ system.

When will I get my tracking number?

For USA orders within 7 business days or less, you will get an email with the tracking number for your order.

International orders within 7-10 business days or less, you will get an email with the tracking number for your order.
