Return Policy

Returns:

Our policy lasts 30 days, if 30 days have passed since you made your purchase, unfortunately, we can no longer offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs/fees associated with returning the item(s).

Out Of Stock:

In the event that the item that you purchased went out of stock, we will be glad to send you another item of the same value of your choice. Otherwise, we will be giving you a store credit equivalent to the amount that you paid for. Refunds will not be processed towards an out-of-stock item. 

Cancellation:

Please know that we are processing orders the same day they were placed. We are normally able to cancel an order if it’s requested within an hour or two after your order has been placed, or in some cases up to 24 hours as long as it's not yet fulfilled. However, if your order has already gone through production and fulfillment phase, we're no longer able to accommodate your request. Orders that were purchased during sale or at a discounted price are also not eligible for cancellation nor refund.

Cancellation may be possible if requested within 24 hours after placing the order as long as it hasn't gone through processing or fulfillment state. Orders that were purchased during sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for cancellation nor refund. All cancellation requests after 24 hours of placing the order will not be accommodated. All reasons for cancellations must be valid and are subject for approval.

Cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the total amount of the order will be charged upon successful cancellation, the buyer will get 90% refund.

Due to credit card companies' fees for cancellation, the buyer will only get 90% refund. If the cancellation is approved by our team, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer. Depending on your bank, the amount should be credited back to your account within 7-10 business days. You may also contact your bank for more accurate timeframe.

*We do not cancel nor refund an order due to buyer's remorse. If you wish to return your item for a refund, please contact our support team at support@bodyhdshop.com to determine return eligibility.

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items (not on their regular price) or discounted items cannot be canceled nor refunded. You may contact our support team via email for further assistance at support@bodyhdshop.com and we will be glad to give you the best option possible.

Items Damaged or Poor Quality

If an item is damaged or is shipped with a poor-quality print, you must send us a photograph of the poor-quality print or damaged area clearly so our support team review it here: support@bodyhdshop.com

Damaged / Defective Products Received

If an item is damaged during shipping, you may send us a picture of the damaged item by emailing our support team at support@bodyhdshop.com. Once the damaged item is validated to be accurate, a replacement item may be sent. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund.

After we review the photos that you will send, and if the items were proven to be damaged or poor-quality we will send you a replacement at no additional cost, or we will refund as necessary.

Note: All damaged/defective products received must be reported within 72 hours. 

Exchanges are granted on a case-to-case basis. We do not grant exchanges due to dislike of an item upon receipt of order as it is the customer’s prerogative to purchase based on what is presented online. Similarly we do not exchange wrong size orders as this is the customer’s responsibility to assure that the item they are ordering fits them.

Wrong Product Shipped/Missing Items

If we ship the wrong product to your customer, send us a photo showing how the product differs from what was ordered and we will replace or refund any such items at no additional cost. If there are missing items in order please tell us the items that are missing and we will send the missing item.

Package Returned To Sender –  Incorrect / Insufficient Address

If a package is returned to the sender by the shipping courier, BodyHDShop will reship the package for a fee of 50% from the total order cost to cover the reshipment after we confirm again with the customer the shipping address.

All missed delivery attempt orders / wrong address information that got returned to the sender who received notification from BodyHDShop or from the carrier to contact them for a delivery arrangement will not be covered by  BodyHDShop.

Please note that we  DO NOT  process refunds on orders that were attempted to be delivered but was unsuccessful due to insufficient or incorrect address provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to review the order details before placing the order. We may, however, reship an order to the correct address for a fee once the customer verified it is correct.

What happens if the package isn’t delivered but the tracking states it did?

BodyHDShop will cover a variety of courier errors such as lost or damaged in transit, postage due errors or generally misrouted packages when tracking provides no clear details or cause.

In the rare cases that a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient reports they have yet to receive it, BodyHDShop would not cover the cost of reshipping the order.

Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient’s address.

If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue.

It is your responsibility to contact the post office and file a claim for the missing package.

In most instances, it is found that the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the recipient’s address. Recipients should reach out to the courier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person – e.g “left under the table on the back porch”.

In some cases, packages are being held at the local post for pick up. It may be held because the address is insufficient or can't be found or the recipient is not available to receive the package. They may leave a note at your door notifying you about your package. If not picked up within a certain period of time, it may be returned. However in most cases, it no longer reach our warehouse.  BodyHDShop will not be held liable in case this happens.

If a package is returned to the sender by the shipping courier, BodyHDShop will reship the package for a fee of 50% from the total order cost to cover the reshipment after we confirm again with the customer the shipping address.

What if the order is were lost in transit?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted not later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We will send you a new product!

We may ask before to confirm the customer shipping address is correct.

We also recommend contacting your local post office to double check if they can locate the lost order.

 

Shoe Sizing

Refunds will not be issued for sizing disputes, only exchanges are allowed.

If the customer made the error of placing an order in a wrong size, BodyHDShop may give few options to process an exchange but the costs related for the exchange must be covered by the customer.

All exchanges are subject for approval and BodyHDShop does not give free exchanges.

To request for an exchange, the customer must provide the following information:

The reason why the shoe didn’t fit (i.e. too small, too big, too narrow):

A clear photo or proof that the shoes didn’t fit:

 

To reduce the risk of sizing issue, we provided on each product page the sizing chart for all of our shoes.

Size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer input error and will not be eligible for exchange by  BodyHDShop.

Please follow the size chart on each product page and don’t go on a hunch like other brands, 'cause each brand has a different sizing chart.

It is important to follow the sizing instructions as each brand and each individual is different. We are an online store and we cannot promise that you chose the correct size. For accuracy in measurement, it is best to check your foot length in cm/mm and refer to our size chart below each product page for the corresponding size.

If you need help with the sizing, you may ask our support team for advice but we don’t take responsibility should the size won’t fit (We don’t see you in person or know if you measured correct your feet).

Sizing Mistakes on Other Products

We make our best effort to put size charts on each product page, as we value your time and we wanted to ensure that you will receive the correct size that will suit you. Please do the diligence to check our size chart for accuracy, as not all brands are created equal in measurement.  BodyHDShop will not be liable for any sizing errors deemed not on our part and the buyer should take full responsibility should they wish to do an exchange.

 

You can always advise our team but we don’t take responsibility for our help so it is important to follow the size charts and the instructions for measurements.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Orders that were purchased during sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for return or refund and is considered a final sale.

Please note that only one (1) discount code is allowed to be used per order.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase/confirmation on the order that you got to your email.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Book with obvious signs of use

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

Refunds could take up to  7-10 business days to reflect on your account, depending on your bank and your credit card company.  

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please inquire with your bank.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item/ another item at the same price, send an email to our support team: support@bodyhdshop.com  and they will get back to you within 48 hours.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The return item has to be sent to the address that our support team will provide you and must have a tracking number. If a customer will send a package back to us without contacting our support team for approval, where to ship it and tracking number provided, BodyHDShop will not be liable for anything happens while the package is in transit and may not process an exchange or refund the customer.

The returned item must be unworn and in new condition.

The customer will be responsible for the cost of the shipping for the return item!

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs/fees for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

TAXES & DUTIES

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

 

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at  BodyHDShop.  For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

 

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.

 

FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES

If your credit card account is in a currency other than US Dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or issuing credit card company may charge you. For further details of foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank

Our store prices are shown in your local currency, but in USD when you checkout. All transactions will be handled in USD through Paypal or Shopify payments powered by stripe at the checkout page.

In the unlikely event that your order hasn't arrived within 60 Business days after shipment (due to lost shipment, issue with logistics, etc.) please contact our support team at support@bodyhdshop.com and we will be more than glad to resend your order or issue a refund if applicable. Please note that Returns and Refunds will be processed within 30 days.

In most cases, fulfillment takes 5-7 business days but due to increase in demand on some of our products, which should be indicated on each product page if it is a high-demand product, there is a potential for extended fulfillment times which may take up to 2-4 weeks prior shipment.
